We have no ownership interest, financial relationship, operational affiliation, business association, or professional connection with the company or individuals referenced in that coverage.

We have never held any ownership stake in Immaculate Management LLC
There have never been financial ties of any kind between the two companies
We have no partnership, contract, or prior dealings with that company or the individuals named
None of our company officers are personally or professionally familiar with the individuals involved
